Screw caps made of PP-GF or PTFE screw-on piece for various barrel threads, with a freely rotating PTFE insert. A perfectly coordinated system for the withdrawal of eluents in HPLC applications. Using b.safe PFA fittings or laboratory screw connections for GL18 and GL14 ports, tubes can be guided down to the bottom of the barrel, securely fixed, and tightly sealed at the connection point.
The b.safe ventilation valve is specially designed for the flow rates typical in HPLC systems. The integrated check valve prevents solvent evaporation and allows ambient air to flow into the barrel in case of under pressure. The upstream porous PTFE membrane effectively blocks dirt particles and other external contaminants.
